• Treatment/operatory area cleaning, per your protocol

All of it per a written checklist — the same one, every time. EPA List N disinfectants matched to the pathogen risk level of each zone. HIPAA-aware and BBP-trained technicians.

Scope: routine surface cleaning and disinfection. We do not provide biohazard or sharps disposal, medical equipment sterilization, or terminal cleaning between patients.

Terms

• Free facility walkthrough, no obligation — we respond within 24 hours
• Fixed monthly quote within 24 hours of the walkthrough — no hourly billing. Weekly service for single-site clinics typically starts around $600 a month; multi-site organizations are quoted individually
• Single-site practices: first service within 48 hours of signing, month-to-month, 30 days written notice to cancel, no penalties
• Multi-site organizations: custom onboarding timeline and contract terms set during the walkthrough
• $1M/$2M general liability insurance and a janitorial surety bond; certificate of insurance provided before first service
