Effective September 11, 2026
These terms govern the cleaning services Cascade Medical Cleaning provides to dental, orthodontic, physical therapy, eye care, and other outpatient clinical practices in Snohomish and King County, WA. By requesting a walkthrough, accepting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Cascade Medical Cleaning provides recurring, healthcare-exclusive facility cleaning. Scope, frequency, and pricing for each client are determined after a free, in-person walkthrough of the facility and are set out in that client's service agreement, which controls where its terms differ from this general policy.
Walkthroughs and quotes are free and without obligation. Quotes are estimates based on the facility's square footage, layout, and condition at the time of the walkthrough; the confirmed rate is the one stated in your signed service agreement. Rates may be revisited if the facility's actual scope of work differs materially from what was assessed during the walkthrough.
Service is billed at a fixed monthly rate as stated in your service agreement — there is no hourly billing. Invoices are issued on a monthly basis, and payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Accounts significantly past due may result in suspension of service until the balance is resolved.
Cascade Medical Cleaning carries $1,000,000 / $2,000,000 general liability insurance and a janitorial surety bond. A certificate of insurance is provided before your first scheduled service, and product data sheets for the disinfectants we use are available on request.
We use EPA List N-registered disinfectants, matched to the pathogen risk level of each area of your facility. Our cleaning staff complete confidentiality and HIPAA-awareness training before entering any client facility. Staff do not access, review, remove, or photograph patient records, PHI, or any other confidential materials encountered incidentally during service.
The client is responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the facility during scheduled service windows, including any keys, codes, or alarm instructions our team needs. The client should notify us promptly of any change in access arrangements, security protocols, or areas that are off-limits.
To the extent permitted by law, Cascade Medical Cleaning's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Washington law.
Either party may end services with 30 days' written notice as described above. We may also terminate immediately for non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or conduct that puts our staff at risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision. Where a signed service agreement conflicts with these general terms, the service agreement controls.
