Effective September 11, 2026
This policy explains what information Cascade Medical Cleaning collects through our website and in the course of providing cleaning services to healthcare-adjacent facilities, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to cascademedicalcleaning.com and to our client relationships in Snohomish and King County, WA.
When you request a walkthrough or quote through our website, we collect the information you submit: facility name, facility type, phone number, email address, preferred contact time, and any additional notes you provide. If you call or email us directly, we retain the contact details and content of that communication.
Our website may log standard technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) for security and site-performance purposes. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell any information we collect.
Because we clean dental, orthodontic, physical therapy, eye care, and other outpatient clinical spaces, our staff may be physically present in areas where protected health information (PHI) could be visible incidentally. Cascade Medical Cleaning is not a HIPAA-covered entity, and our staff do not access, read, copy, or record patient records or PHI in the course of cleaning.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with subcontractors or service providers who help us operate (for example, insurance or scheduling providers), and only to the extent needed to perform those functions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our staff or clients.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain contact and service-request information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide contracted services, and meet our own business, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations. You may request that we delete contact information that is not otherwise required to be retained.
You may ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you for marketing purposes, at any time by reaching out using the contact information below.
Our website and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for use by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. The "Effective" date above will indicate the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
